Too Much Time

NASA seems to have too much time on its hands. Why else would they want you to cast your vote to name the new room to the space station. Yes the nerds still walk among us because you know that there are those who will cast a vote just because they are trekkies who never grew up!

Apparently Diversity Training is a waste of money. I have been raised with morals and values and common sense from my parents, school, church, etc., since I was a young age. I have the integrity to never raise my hands to a woman. Yet I have to be trained in diversity because some worker acted inappropriate toards someone else and they took offense.

Perhaps the performer Rihanna has bought the issue of domestic violence to the surface in today's modern society. You would think that with all the education on the topic, domestic violence would be going down. But not only is it going up, but many teens blame Rihanna and say dating violence is normal!


Now isn't that nice? Being a Neanderthal in my days was frowned upon and now it is a way of life and accepted. Perhaps violence against women is not getting across to those that matter. In the cycle the battered woman still loves her abuser as Rihanna has said she does.Check it out yourself. The cycle repeats itself and becomes more violent.

American Pie

In the United States we love our sports especially those that set us apart from the rest of the world. This sport is known as American Football which isn't rugby or soccer but an American tradition like the World Cup. Unlike other sports including baseball, Football is a 43 year old tradition that has its climax in the Super Bowl !. A tradition of football, sports , sex, half-time shows, and commercials. Yes, commercials and ads!
