E-bay guy.
There is a show on TV in Holland called “Extreme House Makeover”. Its an American show where this team gives a makeover to some ones house who is deserving. Afterwards the house is full of plasma screens, has a theatre, swimming pool, monster grill, you name it. But what it doesn’t have are all the old things from the house, which used to be there.
What do they do with all this stuff?
I’m not sure. My guess is they put it in storage somewhere.
This is where my idea comes into play. There is a movie called the 40 year old virgin. In that movie there is a character who sets up an e-bay shop. People drop stuff of at her shop and she sells it on e-bay and keeps some of the profit of that item and gives you the rest of your money.
If we combine these 2 silver screen products we get the “ Extreme House Makeover E-bay Guy”. Or EHMEG for short
He would be part of the team, but a behind the scenes kinda guy. He wouldn’t be on the show…but he will be on the payroll. He will be the guy who sells the old things of the persons house on e-bay if they wish to sell it. Which they probably will. What are they going to do with their old grotty leather couches? Sell it on e-bay of course. That’s the way the world turns. The EHMEG just takes the hassle out of having to do it yourself. He wouldn’t take part of the profits though, he would just get a flat rate. As do the extreme makeover team.
That’s my idea for today.
