The Corrupt In Australia The Work Of Slaves?

Slaves once helped to work fields and households. Some of them were ordinary poor people who wanted to work, others were outcast races who needed to work as a servant to work. These people didn't all look like aboriginals, however it has been claimed that a great many carried aboriginal blood. It has been said that over time the identity of the servant has been changed into ordinary person, and that they commit themselves to illegal activities in order to remind that world that they do not run with the law.
It has been claimed that the women in hospitals who are in charge of misplacing babies, and putting them up for adoption were a working class citizen who had come from the stock of slaves. They were able to strap the women down, and make arrangements in order to play with the system, lose the child, and make the mother distraught.
Could this mingling of slave and middle to upper class be causing this upheaval am amongst the community?
