The Cereal Diet (LINK)

Omdg, ya think you've seen it all and then BOOM it strikes out of no where. I've seen many a crummy gimmick diet but this one takes the cake.
The Cereal Diet??!!??
I was out and about looking at websites and found this person's blog where he had tried some diet and found out that it didn't help him and had only made him sick. Hmmm I wonder why? No man or woman alive could honestly think that they could lose weight in a healthy manner eating cereal could they? Apparently this guy did
I feel for him but COME ON now, how lazy can one person be? Everybody KNOWS what they have to do to lose weight the problem is nobody wants to do it and for those of you who don't know what I speak of it's called "Exercise" and "Healthy Eating Habits".
So anyways I go to check out this supposed "Cereal Diet" and what's the first thing I notice? The person can't even SPELL cereal. What does that tell you? GO LOOK at his site, right at the very top of the page (in the web browser) he/she (whatever) spells it "Cerial-Diet". Now to me that disqualifies the duder's diet right away....
But I read on and it states:
"All you have to do is eat cereal for six meals every day. You might be saying to yourself, why six bowls? The answer is simple; Every time that you eat, your metabolism increases a little bit, this doesn’t mean that if you eat 24/7 you will lose weight. What it means is that every time you eat a meal, your body will start to burn more calories. So, if you have six small meals a day instead of three big ones, your metabolism will be a lot higher."
Hmm sounds simple, don't it? It's retarded is what it is! Cereal? I mean CEREAL?!!! I just cannot get over the gimmicks out there it's killing me. So here's the brainiacs site for those of you who want to take a look at the "greatest diet in the world" bwua ha ha...

I'm getting more convinced though, with a heavy weight of scientific evidence, that there's much more to weight loss than eating less and exercising more. I know that's what we've been taught forever, but it seems the story's more complicated. Mostly what I've been able to find is that the best science knows is weight is like height, genetically pre-determined, and other than playing around with weight adjustments within a small range, like maybe 10kg at the most, it's pretty fixed. Interesting stuff, and of course, more to come in the media every day!
Good post though, too much junk out there adding to the weight-loss mythology!
