Your "Terms and Conditions" need definition and decisive
statements.
I understand you would prefer a relaxed, temperate approach to your site; however, you have many thousands of subscribers who need to know there is a definition to your Policy, Rules and Procedures. They need to know where you and they stand.
The members of this site spend thousands of hours writing articles, enhancing their blogs, why?
They believe.
They believe in what they are doing.
They do it for themselves, and they do it because they believe in Orble.
It is time for you to believe in them - don't let them down.
Draconian rules just don't work. Use the membership - all of them. Forget the sycophant types, they're in it for themselves, not Orble.com
Let us help you build a site to be proud of. It takes work, endless hours of work. You never know it could be worth it.
I'm new, but I'm old.
Lis.

how are you defining "stalking"?
the legal definition of real life stalking as it relates to domestic situations?
The offender must intend to cause physical or mental harm, apprehension or fear.
The victim must be aware of being stalked; the offender must intend for the victim to be aware.
That conduct includes following the victim; contacting or giving offensive material to the victim; entering or loitering near the victim's home, workplace or other place frequented by the victim; interfering with the victim’s property; keeping the victim under surveillance;
in which case i presume you mean "stalking" in the form of continued unwanted PMs or Comments, or literally going around the persons house
or do you mean "cyberstalking" like googling further information about writers, locating their other web-sites and pages not referenced on Orble?
i have been lucky enough to have had both of those things happen to me, but i have been very satisfied with how it has been dealt with so far

I've amended above. I did intend to mean cyber stalking. Real life stalking is something for the police to handle if it happens.
Appreciate any thoughts on the expanded definition.
