I am sensitive, always have been, always will be. It's as much a part of me as my brown eyes or my unruly hair. This world, it's people and their actions get inside my head and my heart and I suspect even my soul. Being a human being living in this 21st century community with access to global news & events past & present is overwhelming. It takes a toll on me and skews my view of life.
So, I'm going to be proactive for my own health and every so often seek out a "Good News" story. A story that is uplifting, inspiring or just plain happy. I will share that story and hope others will feel a bit more positive
There was a man, Christopher Sands, who suffered with hiccups for three years. In search of a cure, Christopher, tried many different treatments, including acupunture & oxygen chambers.
A Japanese doctor caught his story on Japanese television and realized that Christopher could have a brain tumor. It turns out, Christopher did indeed have a benign brain tumor pressing on his brain stem that doctors feel would have killed Christopher inside of two years.
Christopher, scared that he was going to die after learning of the tumor, is now tumor-free ( post brain sugery ) and hopeful for the first time in years
