BAD BREATH

Bad breath is something which is very common among people who neglect their health. Here are few points to avoid bad breath.
1. Brush your teeth at least two times a day, using fluoride toothpaste. Be sure to brush along the gumline, as well as all tooth surfaces. Each time you use your toothbrush to clean the surface of your tongue.
2. Floss your teeth at least once to remove the food in between your teeth surface.
3. Eat more fruits and vegetables daily. Avoid eating food like onions, garlic which cause bad breath. Eat less meat.
4. Alcoholic beverages cause bad breath. Avoid them.
5. Avoid tobacco products as it may cause halitosis.
6. Dry mouth can cause bad breath. To avoid this suck sugar-free mints or drink water.
7. When having mouthwash do not spill the water soon wait for thirty seconds in your mouth and then spit.
8. See your dentist twice a year.
9. If you still have bad breath, then your family doctor is the only way.
