Something a little diferent

November 10th 2007 14:12
Well today I am going to talk about something a litle different. I am going to rant a little about all the people out there who are a lawsuit crazy. I was reading an article in my local paper about some people who are suing Disney because they are not allowed to use segways in the park for there disability. Now if they did not allow you to rent wheelchairs I would be a little concerned but guess what they do. You people do not have a case whatsoever and the lawyers that took those cases should be disbarred. You are the reason I gave up my dream of becoming a lawyer and when every career apptitude test you took said you should that took a lot. Who do you think you are. You are coming to a private business and expecting them to change the rules for you and no one else. The Americans with Disability act is not going to help you at all. Resonable accomodations have to be made not unresonable. The segways are dangerous and I for one do not want to be walking down one of the many crowded walkways when someone who has a lost control of one of those plows into us. The needs of the many outway the needs of the few.

My next comment is on Dog the bounty hunter and his recent mess up. Please to his sons girlfriend....you are a joke. It was so obvious when I heard the recording that you set him up. and well if you are being asked to take drug tests than maybe you should not associate yourself with known drug addicts. Get a clue....

Well those are just two of the out there lawsuits that are out in the news right now. At what point did we become a sue happy nation. What happened to taking personal responsibility for ones actions or for realizing that just because you think you are special you may not be.

As for those disabled people. I have a disablity recognized by the government. Should I sue Disney for not having enough bathrooms.....Get a clue.....

Have a great Saturday

I See a Change in The Wind

November 3rd 2007 01:50
Well, I am such a hapy camper. I feel and see a change in the wind. I finally feel that people have smelled the coffee so to speak. I hear rumblings that a certain dem candidate is about to get in a whole lot of trouble with her campaign finances....oops did i say too much.

Well its about time. I personally can not wait for her to fall from grace. I also recently caught a little bit of Barak on MTV and on Fox. I will say that the man is an elegant speaker. But what was he saying. His speach was a lot of pomp but no substance as to what he is really going to do. So were just supposed to elect you on faith that you will do what you say and we should not care about it. I don't think so.

Next I want to give my two cents to NBC and their green programing. You are actually taking advise from the man who said he invented the internet....Please!!!!!!

As the Christmas season approaches I want to say that it disgusts me that we can celebrate every religon but Christianity at Christmas time. Well that is unConstituonal....Read the document people. It says that Government will not tell us what to belive in but we can belive in anything we want..so you telling me we cant have Christmas decorations at school. Is that no telling me what to belive in. I thought so.
I have decided to start an email campaign to get my point accross. I will start with my family and friends and have them pass it on. Who knows maybe you will get it.

Have a great Weekend....Dont forget to change your clocks....
