Taking Charge Of Our Reality

Taking charge of our reality, or at least how we perceive it is much easier than we think it to be. For centuries we have lived under the iron fist of religious teachers, monarchs, politicians, and war-mongerers. We have all gathered an unhealthy amount of negativity which is implanted into our very being, and that is affecting us by disallowing us to freely choose what is to manifest into our world.

Now is the time to stand up and say "We have had enough...". But instead of initiating a revolution through violence, we could bring about the revolution through the Law of Attraction - which will ensure we avoid any bloodshed what-so-ever, and the more people that would focus of living in a utopian world - the more powerful the effect will be, and the quicker it will manifest before our very eyes.

If you initiating violence against this evil in the world, it will give it more power instead of removing it. You use negative energy against negative energy, your attack will be nullified and it will be used against you, which is why we should focus on the higher energies of love, peace, abundance, and light. The evil in this world will keep a hold as long as we keep feeding it with all our suffering, wars, and disharmony - so stop feeding it if you know what is good for you!

The quicker we get ourselves out of this mess, the sooner we can create a world that is beneficial to all life, and not just ours. Living in the now and learning to harness the greatest force in this universe: which is love - are the keys to release us from the prison we have been shut away in for the past 2,000 years. We have the keys right with us, we can turn our lives around by just shifting our emotions, feelings, and thoughts to being positive in nature. We can shift our perception in the world by living in the 'now', the 'now' being this very minute we are experiencing, and not the concept of the present.

The present is always becoming the future - the future of our lives is the next second, minute, hour, day etc. and not some time frame 30 years from now. You will find ways in which you can focus on being in the now, I can only show you so much, I'm no teacher, I'm no leader, I'm no martyr - I'm just someone who is as normal as you, trying to live my life the way I want it.

And the more I focus, the more that happens, I'm close to gaining complete control over my reality: my life.

Don't you want to live life the way you want it? Don't you want to do good in the world? To finish I'm going to quote Mahatma Ghandi, who said: -

"You must be the change you wish to see in the world."

for every action in our universe .. there is one in a parallel universe... opposite, yet equal...

our concept of 'now'? -- tainted...

~Two Wolves~

One evening, an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, ”My son, the battle is between two ”wolves” inside us all.

One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: ”Which wolf wins?”

The old Cherokee simply replied, ”The one you feed.”

I am reminded of the movie Donnie Darko. The scene where he is in Ms.Farmer's Health Class and she is forcing him to choose in a situation between FEAR and LOVE. Here is what happens:

Donnie watches as several more students interpret their
respective human dilemmas.

Finally... it is his turn.

DONNIE
Ling Ling finds a wallet on the ground
filled with money. She takes the wallet
to the address on the driver's license
but keeps the money inside the wallet.

Donnie looks at the blackboard.

DONNIE (cont'd)
I'm sorry, Ms. Farmer, I just don't
get this.

MS. FARMER
(impatient)
Just place an X in the appropriate place
on the Lifeline.

DONNIE
I just don't get this. Everything can't be
lumped into two categories. That's too
simple.

MS. FARMER
The Lifeline is divided that way.

DONNIE
Well, life isn't that simple. So what if
Ling Ling kept the cash and returned the
wallet? That has nothing to do with either
fear or love.

MS. FARMER
(impatient)
Fear and love are the deepest of human
emotions.

DONNIE
Well, yeah... OK, but you're not listening
to me. There are other things that need
to be taken into account here. Like the
whole spectrum of human emotion. You're
just lumping everything into these two
categories... and, like, denying
everything else.

Ms. Farmer stares at Donnie vehemently. She can't believe what
she's hearing.

DONNIE (cont'd)
People aren't that simple.

MS. FARMER
(not knowing how to argue
with him)
If you don't complete the assignment,
you'll get a zero for the day.

Is Donnie right, Leewood?

I agree with what is said, people's actions can't be classed into two extremeties.

If Ling Ling had taken the money, then she would have acted out the fear of probably not having enough money and the love for herself.

If Ling Ling hadn't taken the money, then she would have acted out the fear of she would be in trouble if she did take it, and she would have shown more love for other people than herself.

If that makes any sense?

That's how I see that situation, no matter how bad things seem for people, there is always a balance - be it to one extremity or the other.
