So let's say that with all the environmental disasters, falling economy, rising costs, food shortages, etc., that everything finally does collapse and society breaks down. Or we can say that a natural disaster hits and you know FEMA is on their way...bwhahaha...I swear I almost said that with a straight face! Point is that you can't rely on the government. Anyway are you prepared to survive in the worst case scenario?
It seems that more and more people are becoming urban survivalists, where they prepare for the worst. Stock up on precious metals, food, water, guns, and other supplies and needs. As usual there are those who think they go too far. But in the worst case scenarios they will be more prepared than the rest. I think a little less extreme would be perfect. I have a 'kit' that I have stockpiled for survival that suits my needs.
Survival blogs are becoming popular which leads me to believe that the concept may not be far-fetched. If we aren't in for Armageddon, we are all prone to natural disasters.
