"Someday we'll know why Samson loved Delilia someday we'll know why the sky is blue and some day we'll know why I wasn't meant for you" my fav song of all time.
And someday we'll know why the world of work is so unfair. Why is it that the people who don't do their job properly at work, who are lazy, poor performers or difficult in some way are the ones that get offered big settlements or who are lucky and end up with the big redundancy payments and why the guys who actually do a good job are underpaid and when resign are required to work out all their notice.
Rant complete.

What is the most ridiculous non-compulsory saving suggestion you have encountered?
Todays ramble came to me so naturally after a serious blow to my intelligance.
The Big Guys at the firm I work for obviously want bigger bonuses so today all management were issued with the memo to elimate non-compulsory spending.
What an insult to our intelligance. It then went on to explain what non-compulsory spending was for example: no sandwiches with all day meetings, cutting back on stationary, stop printing unless you need to, hold hook ups instead of meetings to save on travel costs, cancel meetings etc etc and requiring sign off by a member of the Managing Directors team for any of this kind of non-compulsory spending
In a previous firm when this same kind of message went out there the answer to the firms financial problems was to stop supplying milk in the kitchens, and tissues and anti bacterial wipes.
So my question to you all out there today is what is the most ridiculous insult to your intelligance non-compulsory saving suggestion you have encoutered:?
When you pay your cash to buy a seat on a flight do you realise that you maybe buying your carriage but you may not. As British Airways quotes on its website over the past few days we are aiming to operate all flights out of terminal 5.
So after being open two weeks today is it good enough for a major international terminal to be aiming to carry the passengers who have paid in faith for their carriage.
If only it was satisfactory for the rest of the world to operate on this basis of aiming being good enough.
How would your boss react if you aimed to get your job done but failed?
What's sad however is that the world seems to have forgotten and moved onto the next big news story whilst those affected are travellers who bought their tickets many months ago in good faith. In the best scenario they spend several hours of their hard earned holiday waiting at an airport uncertain of whats happening. How much is there time worth? Not much to BA obviously.
Who will hold the corporation superpowers accountable? Who will set them straight.
