Story of the Mothman continures

Back in 1967 the Silver Bridge in the tiny town of Point Pleasant, West Virginia collapsed, killing 46 and making national news.
A couple of weeks prior to the disaster, a winged creature with red eyes was reported to roost on the bridge and buzz surrounding areas.
The creature, know as the "Mothman" has become the subject of debate, like many mysterious creatures, and is the topic of the following video.

I was around back then and I don't have any more answers to this mystery that I did as a kid despite the fact that a book, "The Mothman Prophecies" was written about the disaster 1975 and inspired a movie in 2002.
Ghosts? Aliens? Somewhere I have a book that explores these theories and tries to explain disasters supposedly brought on by the "Mothman."
To be honest, I had forgotten all of this and turned my attention to things like, Big Foot, the Grays, and The Loch Ness Monster. Evidently, the people at Animal Planet haven't!
