Well life is good on this side of the fence. I am really happy with the way things turned out. We are closing soon on our house and i am very proud of the way i have been behaving. At a different point in my life i would have delt out a little street justice and be done with it. God has blessed me and i continue to do the right thing. Go figure.

He handed me the envelope and said " You are now Officially Foreman, any of you guys have a problem with that"? Naturally my boys said 'HELL NO". Every one of them patting me on the back. Befor they duct taped me to the tower and went to lunch. Buy the way the envelope had a sweet $500 bonus in it. I am so happy. I'm doing what I like to do and getting paid well for it. There is a God.

Life is so good for me now I have never been able to say i like my job and really mean it. I enjoy My crew and never expected to go so far so fast. I started at the top and im working my way down.I get paid every other week on time no "can you wait till next week to cash it".Today the owner of the company asked to speak to me in private. Every one thought he was going to chew me out. I was really scared. Buying a new houseand fired don't mix well.He looked me square in the eye and asked "Why am I here"? I didn't know what to say. So I waited for a minute then commented I don't know. Shouldn't you be out having lunch with a client? Hoping my humor would break the ice. He said good Idea Vano. I think I will do just that.He then reached behind the seat of his truck and pulled out the blue DBI Sala. He told me to gear up we are climbing. I climbed first and tried to impress him with my speed. It didn't work. I was a 180' monopole. When he finally got to the top he rested for a few and looked at me and said " I just had a heart atteck" what do you do? Then i went " By the book" and handled it properly and quickly. Then he was impressed. On the ground the guy's were wondering what this was all about. To be honest about it i was wondering a little myself. He put his gear away and didn't say a word. Hopped into his truck and left. I stood there scratching my head. 20 minutes later he pulls back into the site and calls every one over to his truck. Pulls out his cell phone and calls some one. He gets the guy on the phone and says" how about lunch tommorow. I'll see you then. There we are standing around
not knowing what this was all about. He reaches into his pocket and pulls out an envelope

Well shit for brains Cris actually thinks screwing my taxes around is going to hurt me some how.Just more proof how dis-honest the scumbag really is. The fac that I kept all of my paystubs hasn't occured to the moron. My W-2's dont match my stubs. What a rip off he really is. I dont plan on doing much about it . Because what christine doesnt take from him Alex will i assure you this.

For real it's payday. I don't have to worry about not getting paid any more. By the way this two week check is more than the moron didnt pay me for a month. I feel good about this. I am happy with what i'm doing and i love the money. My new truck looks good. My new laptop is not as good as i would have liked but it does the trick. 10K for an anritsu new tools through out the truck. life is good. starting monday i will be running two crews in the philly market. What will pocono tower be doing nothing no work again for a few weeks. The Guys wont even be collecting because they are afraid of being fired. You are a Liar a Cheat and a Thief Chris!

Well things are going well for me. Another week of training in Jersey and i will be running a crew in Pa. Amazing what happens when you stay on the right side of the fence and do the right thing. I'm making three times what Chris was paying. I have a company truck ( brand new ). Uniforms, tool allowance, real training and benifits. I am quite impressed with this company. Not a bit like pocono tower which turned out to be all fake. Chris is just a con man who abuses his employees. He ought to be ashamed of the way he acts. I have found this old addage so true. My grand mother said it all the time. What goes around comes around so watch what you send around. For years i refused to listen to her. Look where it got me. By the way OSHA called me friday asking for any pictures I might have. First of all how did they get my phone number? I have no problem handing them over. I love kodak. For some reason I knew I would need a SYA file. It's sad Chris turned out to be such a piece of shit. I could have made him very rich. The new company was afraid to hire me because of my employment history with pocono tower. They know Chris and his reputation precedes him thank god.

Well really bad news comes from the crew. the foreman alex has a broken arm. In six places. His hand got cought in the puller and he will never regain full use of his arm again. I hope your happy Chris.
