State of Origin 2 team lists changing due to injury

As the State of Origin fan fare fires up again, with Game 2 of the 2008 State of Origin Series ready to get underway this Wednesday Night at Suncorp Stadium - both the NSW Blues and Queensland Maroons have seen slight team changes to their Game 1 squads.
Due to suspension and NRL judiciary intervention, Justin Hodges and Jarryd Hayne had their campaigns cut short and will miss the 2nd Origin match.
Steve Turner comes into the NSW Blues side and just pipped Joel Monaghan for a starting spot on the wing.
For Queensland, the Maroons have dropped Carl Webb and Jacob Lillyman - they welcome back Steve Price and inject Darius Boyd into their already bristling backline. Ashley Harrison also gets a shot at the State of Origin big time again, with a bench spot for the in form Gold Coast Titans forward.
While naturally this will be played in front of a huge Queensland crowd at Suncorp Stadium, the makeup of the Blues side looks suited for Origin. Possessing more mongrel than sparkling skill, NSW selectors finally realised that Origin needs mongrel not finesse.
While it will be a close contest, expect to see a NSW win by 2 points and the Blues finally win a series after 2 years of poor results and 'might have beens' under former coach Graham Murray. So once again NRL Results will be on hold and few will have their eyes on the NRL Table as Queensland and NSW take centre stage in a battle of the Australian States.
