Double-Amputee Returns to F1 Cockpit

As reported by The Age Alex Zanardi has become the first double-amputee to drive an F1 car. Zanardi had both his legs amputated after an extreme high speed crash in September 2001.


He made his inspiring comeback in a modified BMW-Sauber C24-B on the weekend and came within a second of his able bodied counterparts.

Australia Names Squad for 2nd Test

Cricinfo reports the national selectors have gone for extra fast bowlers in Adelaide with Mitchell Johnson and Shaun Tait added to the squad of 13. Stuart MacGill missed selection.

So it seems the Australian starting XI in the 2nd test will be the same as the 1st. A good decision or not?
