One of the smallest camera you can now buy is very light and ultra thin.
It is claimed that the Cyber-shot TX55 is the thinnest camera with full High DefinitionVideo.
Weighing on 95 grams and about the size of a small wallet makes it an ideal camera
For people on the move. The Cyber-shot TX55 is only 12.2 mm wide. Comes with a
3- inch wide ultra-clear touch screen. TX55 affords full-resolution 16.2 megapixel
images with a maximum 10x zoom. Data is stored on Micro SD/SDHC flash memory.
It also has a slot for Memory Stick Micro (M2) cards. Camera software included via download.
It also includes a image rescue option for recovery of damaged or
accidently deleted pictures. Software also features x-Pict Story for creating slideshows from video footage or still images.
There is a Dual Rec' function that can grab
12 megapixel-level still images without interrupting the video recording even at full HD.
The Cyber-shot TX55 has a vast array of features for such a small camera. Features
include a Smart Sweep Panorama HR, 3D Sweep Panorama and 3D Still Image functionplus a variety of in-camera Picture editing Effects.
The TX55 has a new Steady Shot Active Mode that adds electronic image stabilisation for vertical and horizontal image stabilization and correction during Full HD video recording.
