Imbeciles are everywhere; some even serve in the military.

On the bright side, the kids are getting exercised; there may be more to the story, but it is disturbing.

Oh i agree, and now that I've had time to think about it, it is quite obvious that this little street alone has hundreds of war stricken stories to tell. But I don't think the soldiers were helping at all.
