Snake In An Attic

A family lives in horror because of a snake in the attic. They got concerned after they found the second shed skin that was about 3 ft.! Experts seem to think it was a discarded or escaped pet. They just hope it isn't a venomous one.

I would be more concerned that a shedding snake means that it is a growing snake which means it has access to food. The food is usually of the rodent variety. Rodents pose more of a threat to human life than a secretive snake. The family wouldn't know that it was there if it wasn't for the second skin.


Find a herpetology society in your area or a pest control agency as they have the resources to find and capture snakes and other critters.
