Simple Life or a Joke?

News Alert! Nicole Richie is released after 82 minutes in jail!!!!
Now my question would be, what do you consider to be more dangerous - driving under the influence of drugs or driving on a suspended licence?
My opionion - if one was all drugged up wouldn't their vision/concentration and frame of mind be more of a risk to the community than someone who has no licence but is sober?
What kind of message are the law sending out when Richie spends less than 2 hours in prison of a 4 day sentence for driving drugged up whilst Paris gets three weeks for driving on a suspended licence?
Dont get me wrong - i am not a fan of either of these brats but one needs to question the law and how these sentences are handed out. I understand that Nicole is also pregnant but who is not to say that this was planned as part of trying to get sympathy and a better deal as she knew she was looking at prison time after been caught previously for another alcohol related incident.
Seriously, where is the justice?
