(How these shows sabotage women in their relationships with men as well as make all male viewers want to run for the hills!)
3. The Girls Next Door
So this one is really for the ladies, because men watch this show and think, look at Hef, he isn't married! Look at all the hot, young chicks he can get! All men secretly want to be him. One man with 3 girlfriends who are all under the age of 30? Every guys dream. Sometimes, it isn't the responsibility of commitment that makes men afraid of marriage, it's the thought of exclusivity to one woman. Except men forget, Hef is a millionare who is already technically married. And when these girlfriends want more than just a boyfriend, they'll leave him and he'll have to get three new girlfriends....wait, what was I saying?
2. Bridezilla's
Ok, so it's a little obvious. These women are an embarrassment to our gender. But it's still a guilty pleasure to watch them scream, throw tantrums and be just plain nasty to the people who are supposed to love. Men secretly wonder, if I do propose, is this what she's going to turn into? Because every woman has her own secret crazy, it's just a question of how crazy?
1. Platnium Weddings
This wedding show is far less trashy than Bridezilla's. Wealthy couples decide that 100K on flowers shipped straight from Holland is "neccessary" for their big day and the prices only go up from there. Final price tags could be in the millions. If it's a young woman and an older man, the older man is footing the bill and if the couple are both young people then it's Mommy or Daddy that are paying. Either way, most men will gasp in horror at $15,000 for invitations and spending more on flowers that will die the next day then most people spend on their first home. The only thing men are scared of more than getting kicked in their family jewels are their bank accounts being cleaned out for a marriage that might last 6 months.
