At the start
we tryed so hard
we talked all day
we though of nothing else but each other
we made time to spend together
i called you the one
you said you loved me
we would wake up
to sleep
so we could dream
about being together all over again.
then
the talks became less
the fights more
what went wrong?
you where lieing along
why did i cry so much?
because i wasnt.

There are hearts
that walk alone tonight
searching for the one that will fill their cracks
they walk alone and sad
in the darkness of the night
with the rain pouring down
hoping and waiting
until the sun comes up
and takes the lonely night away
they walk on until
they find the heart
that is searching for them
they walk until they find
"The One"...
that is walking for them
through the darkness of the night
looking for the heart that will
fill their cracks
and take the rain and the
lonelyness away
there is a heart
walking towards
all of us
we only can only hope
they find their way
and take the lonelyness
from us
