Greyhounds are probably the most abused dogs in the world. Used in races, they are often discarded after they reach their prime. Greyhound racing is a big money maker making it a prime target for criminal activity!

A family member told WFTV by phone the father and son team are against animal abuse.
Being against animal abuse doesn't mean you don't partake!
Officials said it is possible for a drug to get into an animal’s system if that drug was on someone’s hands.
So the owners or a handler was doing cocaine before he petted the dogs?
Dogs at Daytona Beach Kennel Club have several different handlers besides their trainers.
Then SOME ONE is guilty!
WFTV asked state investigators how they can be sure the Alves are responsible for doping the dogs.
They are the bottom line of responsibility for the animals. Whoever or however the dogs were drugged, the owners are responsible!
