Nude mail delivery? Is this the wave of the future?

A Wisconsin mailman took special delivery to a whole new level and, as a result, will no longer be a fixture on his former route.

According to NBC News, 52-year-old Dave Goodman startled and shocked a part-time law office receptionist when he showed up with the weekend delivery in the nude.

Subsequently, the young college student called 911 to report an incident that even the operator found hard to believe.

When questioned by the police, Goodman stated that he was trying to cheer her up and make her laugh.

Cheer her up? Make her laugh? Come on, man!

Who in their right mind tries to cheer someone up and/or make them laugh by showing up at their place of employment in the buff?

Hell of a way to make a first impression though.

Gunman opens fire at school board meeting.

In a scene that can only be described as surreal, a heavily armed ex-convict opened fire at a school board meeting in Panama City, Florida Tuesday evening.

According to AOLNews.com, Clay A. Duke was reportedly upset about a tax increase and the dismissal of his wife by the school district.

Police surmised that the attack was premeditated as December 14, the date of the shooting, was circled on a calendar in Duke's trailer.

Miraculously, there were no casualties except for the troubled gunman, who was wounded by a security officer before fatally shooting himself with a 9 mm handgun.

Bill Husfelt, a Florida schools superintendent, best described his survival when he stated that "God blocked the bullet."

Amen.
