Romans Were Short Grown Tall

The Romans were said to be a race of peoples who used spiritual growth in order to make their otherwise short people tall. Some people, like Octavian, were actually said to be on a breed of human which had monkey blood. Inside he was very small, and his spirit was grown over it in order to make him the person he was. Sure he was human, but he had monkey blood in him, and this made him rather special.
