Rockhampton Floods II

More then 200, 000 people have been effected by the floods in Rockhampton. The levels of the watr has risen to levels that declare it as the second most flooded condition the area has ever seen. The damage from the floods is expected to cost 10.4 million dollars to fix, and relief is to be given to residence whose life have been shattered as they've been forced to evacuate their homes.
