Rocket Heads For Continental

A man-made civilian rocket narrowly missed a Continental Express jet a week ago. A similar incident happened last year in the same area. Last year's rocket went up about 4750 ft. This year it reached a height of 16000 ft.!
The authorities seem to be clueless as to which location the rocket was launched from or if it was traveling vertically or horizontally. Don't you feel safe with Sherlock on the case?
