Refuges Gone Wild

President Theodore Roosevelt created the nation's wildlife refuge system and would probably turn in his grave if he could see what it has become. The 'wild life' today may refer to prostitutes, drugs, illegal immigrants, etc., but not a place to commune with nature and the environment. Being underfunded and understaffed makes it easier for criminal activities to go unnoticed. This would explain how some can grow marijuana and not get caught!
