Let's not forget that The Matrix also has its Animated Version called 'Animatrix'.

Hmm, honestly, I haven't watched the animated series yet. But that doesn't mean that it's going to be an obstacle.
In fact, this is a great thing coz both sides are covered, Reality and the Animated Worlds.
I would also like to add the Gaming into this which is also affected by this Evolution. Right now, I sound sort of dispersed, not much focused into what I'm trying to make a point of. Okays, my apologies for that.
So now, let's get into the depth of things ...
Reality is the current world that we live in. Though it may have different meanings to different people, especially on the topic discussed, how it is used, its effects and details.
For me, Reality is something that I make a decision of, and the end result governs my next direction. And therefore, a task within the matrix is done.
Whereas Animation is something that people make. Drawn pictures, given life to by the artists, by making a motion of continous drawings. Then given life through the actor's/actress' voice, plus sound effects and a theme song.
And now, you might be thinking about what does both of these have to do with Matrix Evolution. Simple, in this new realm that I've just created, things are part of each other and are related. Therefore, could also be considered like a history, but actually considered as also currently happening. You would say that, "how is that possible when all of this already happened in the past" or "the movie series is already over". Well, that's where all the fun starts from. This community is actually based on the series, and is also something that interacts with it along the way. Every single detail is important. So particularly, this is where the adventure begins. The more details that you know about the series, the higher the chances of moving through the community, or is it how it's supposed to be done? I'll just leave that thought for now and perhaps go back to it in the future posts.

I didn't like any of the live action Matrix films at all - (The first one just being a dumbed down rehash of Dark City, the second being the only one that holds some merit IMO).
But the Animatrix was fantastic. Original ideas explored, astounding visuals and loads of complex philiosphical questions to ponder once it ends.

Really? Then I should really get to watch the Animatrix since it's quite a new adventure.
BTW, Matrix was a rehash of Dark City? Uh, I don't actually know what that movie was about.
And one of the reasons why I started this community out was because I feel that there's something more to the Matrix than what was just seen in the movies.
In Matrix Evolution, I'd like to explore it more, have people come and contribute to this community and make it a new exciting environment.

Essentially it the same basic idea done with far more depth.
Shot in the same Sydney stages as The Matrix, you can notice the exact same camera angles and set designs in certain scenes too.
I probably would have been more dazzled with the matrix if I hadn't grown up a sci fi junkie who loved Hong Kong action films...and because I had seen dark City several times, the story of the Matrix lost its mystery within 5 minutes.
