"Real Men Review":

"Real Men Review":

Might Contain Spoilers.

I like John Ritter and Jim Belushi, so of course I would like a movie that they star in together. John Ritter has two characters in the movie. That is incredible. However, the first character dies. The second character that John Ritter portrays is an average man with a family but he is unable to defend himself, not even when one of his children get robbed. He also has fake ducks in his yard. And then Jim Belushi's character appears to take him for a special mission. Communication has been established with aliens and they have the ability to save the earth from accidental destruction. They have a Good Package, whichis very small but it is enough to save the planet. There is also the Big Gun which would destroy everybody.

This movie obviously has the feel of movies of the 1980s. It is very funny and at the same time has a lot of action in it. In the middle of the film Bob (John Ritter) breaks down and he is given a lot of confidence which helps him defeat everybody. A group of agents are disguised as clowns He also tries to atack ANY clown that he sees. He stands up to bullies in a bar. He also tells the dairy man to be nice. (and knocks the dairy man unconscious). Once the mission succeeds, Bob's house is repaired after being damaged from an attack, and this time there is a huge fountain with real ducks in it. At the end, there are clips of the movie, including one where the pen goes into space, and if you have not seen the entire film, you might think that they have accidentally sent a message to the aliens which would result in a cliffhanger ending. But all of those clips are of things that had already happened in the movie.

United Artists released Real Men in 1987. It reminds me of Men In Black, but much better, since Men In Black is a more "interesting" version of Real Men. To me, Men In Black is not as good as Real Men. I recommend to watch Real Men. It is like a National Lampoon's Vacation version of a science fiction and action movie. I do not think there were any sequels to Real Men. There should of been, but it is of course too late to make a sequel that is exactly like Real Men. And if there was one, it would probably wouldn't have the feel of an older movie.
