Real Estate Costs Binding The Community Together - Whether They Like It Or Not

Real Estate is a business that has been making profits everywhere. The rental price base for a one bedroom flat is often found to be ranged between $150.00 – 250.00 dollars per week. Where a two bedroom flat is found to be ranged between $190.00 – 350.00. Then a three bedroom flat can be found between $300.00 plus!
In the past one bedroom flats could be found ranging between $80.00 - $150.00; two bedrooms $150.00 - $200.00; and three bedroom between $200.00 - $300.00. All these places were of moderate size, and had all running facilities. However nowadays you will be hard-pressed to find anything but an office space, that consists of a toilet, a sink, and some metres of blank space for $150.00 per week.
Community has found that these price ranges have made it difficult for youngsters, and have kept people reliant on group rentals, and family homes. Many believe that this is resulting in juvenile delinquency, and higher levels of domestic crime.
