Reaching The Drunk-Stupid Level

In today's world there is drunk and then there is stupid drunk. With the laws we have regarding drunk driving, most drivers that drive drunk are a dangerous risk to the public and themselves. Needless to say that it is always dangerous to drive after one has been drinking. Still most do it at their own risks.

When can you tell when someone is totally drunk-stupid? Maybe when they mistake a Trooper's barracks for a hotel to crash at after drinking!

I couldn't make that up!
