I am intrigued by the Before I Die I Want To project. The concept is compelling. In the author's words:

The Before I die I want to... project was inspired by a combination of factors: (1) the “death” of the Polaroid, (2) a psychologist’s tool called safety contracts, and (3) a passion to get people to think about (and act upon) what is really important in their lives through this simple, very straight-forward question.

We are Legend

I was having lunch recently at a great local eatery with an attorney friend of mine when he pointed to a nearby table filled with attractive middle aged women laughing over glasses of wine being upended by beautifully manicured nails. My friend remarked "Looks like some Cougars are on the prowl!' "I feel sorry for the young guys who bag them. They won't know what hit 'em." Wow bro, all I thought is "damn those gals look great. Here's one for the sisterhood!" I remarked (a little testily) "When attractive older men are all sitting around a table, I for one do not think .....who are they trying to trap?" He replied "You for one are not a desperate middle aged woman either." Yours truly redirected the conversation elsewhere so as not to knock this attorney out of his chair and onto the cobbled stone of the patio

What is Your Personal Campaign Slogan?

2008 is a campaign year in the United States. We all hear them spouted off a few times throughout presidential campaigns. In the past couple elections the winning candidates have had more than one during their campaign and, looking at Hillary's announcement of her new slogan "Turning Up the Heat," campaign, I was reminded of some of the past campaign slogans:

Come to Jesus...Benny Hinn style

Having a grandmother who was Four Square Gospel, I was raised around evangelical ministers who "laid on hands", "spoke in tongues", and "healed the sick" through charismatic endeavors. Benny Hinn is one of "those" evangelicals. More on Benny Hinn's ministry

It's Getting Hot in Here

I was reading about the an Amsterdam gym who that allowing naturists to work out in the nude on Sundays. I know that back in the Golden days of Greece, the Olympic games athletic events were almost totally conducted in the nude. but I did not realize that there were legions of exercizers wanting to do this now. I have a couple of questions regarding this "practice".
What about safety
