Rainbow's End......

Beautiful indeed
and to my eye, such splendour
I have known of this place forever….
in my struggle I have sought its comfort,
unveiled my desire longingly.........
Yet so it pales under my gaze
awakening a fear before unknown.
the moment passes breathlessly
and so is gone
