Game time Meal

this is a meal great to serve at any Game!

Nacho Dip

1 lb ground beef
2 cups shreadded colby cheese
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1 (1/4 oz) packet taco seasoning
combine all ingredinets in a saucepan. cook on low heat, stir until cheese is melted (makes 4 servings)

to go with the dip you can also serve

Quick and Easy Salsa
3 medium tomatoes
1 small green chili, seeded and diced
1/4 Cup diced onion
1/8 teaspoon salt

combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill for up to one hour...to keep your fridge from smelling like onion cover before placing in the fridge.


Party Wings #1

2 1/2 lbs wing sections
1 Cup BBQ sauce
1/2 Cup Hot Pepper Jelly
combine BBQ and Jelly in a sauce pan and heat until combined.
place chickn in a 15X 10 1 inch baking pan lined with foil. bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes, drain grease. Brush BBQ and Jelly mixture over the wings. Bake 10 minutes, turn over the wings and brush again, make sure you brush a lot of the jelly on so they are sweet and HOT. bake another 10 minutes. remove from the oven and brush more of the jelly mixture on them. server with extra BBQ, Jelly mixture as a dipping saice.


Party WIngs #2

2 /12 Lbs wing sections
2 table spoons bread crumbs
2 table spoons taco seasoning
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup milk

combine seasoning and mix with bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Pour Milk in a seperate bag, place wings in bag with milk and coat. transfer wings from milk bag to seasoning bag and coat wings with seasoning mix. place in a 15 X 10 1 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. bake at 450 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

serve with Ranch dressing for dipping.


Quick and easy Chili dogs

1 lb ground beef
2 cans Chili ready tomatoes
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 pkg of your favorite hot dogs

cook hot dogs as desierd. brown ground beef and drain. in a sauce pan combine tomatoes, beef and chili powder. cook until warmed through. cup up hot dogs and add to the chili, serve with Cheese and Onions. this a great easy way to eat chili dogs without the mess!!

Romantic dinner for 2 in half the time

Have you ever wanted to Make your husband or wife a great dinner, but didnt have the time.
Now I am giving you a way to make that great dinner. all you need are a few ingredients 3 or 4 per recipe.

How about a romantic dinner for 2

Appetizer:

Oyster Angels
8 Fresh Oysters
4 Thin Slices Bacon
2 Slices of buttered Toast, eache cut into 4 squares

Simmer the Oysters in tehir own liquid over low heat for 4 minutes. Drain and wrap each Oyster in half slice of bacon. secure bacon wiht a toothpick. place under hot broiler until bacon is crisp. Serve on squares of bot buttered toast.

Salad:
Spinich & Bacon Salad
(this will help to bring the appatizer and meal together)

1 lb of Spinich torn into peices (make sure to rinse off spinich to remove sand)
8 oz fresh mushrooms sliced
8 slices of bacon friend and crublmed

mix together and serve with Italian dressing or ranch dressing.

main seafood dish:
Shrimp Scampi (sounds hard but very easy)

Cook enough Angel hair pasta for 2 people
while pasta is cooking :
you will need
4 tbsp of butter
11/2 pounds of raw shelled and deveined shrimp
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup chopped parsley

in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook 3 minutes. Remove shrimp and sprinkle wiht salt and pepper. add garlic and parsley to skilletand cook over low heat. Cook 1 1/2 minutes. drain and plate pasta, pour sauce over shrimp and pasta and serve at once.

Desert:
this is also an after dinner drink

Chocolate Dream
2 scoops Chocolate ice cream
1tbsp coffee liqueur
1cup cold coffee
whipped cream

Put ice crem, coffe liqueur and coffee in blender. pulse on and off until mixture is slushy. pour inot 2 glasses and top with whipped cream


this is a romantic meal that begs for candle light and soft music....enjoy with someone you love.
