Puffing Chest

January 26th 2012 08:49
Puffing in the chest is a sign of overheating of the body. This can lead to stress. Some people calm this down with water, however if provoked by a heart condition it may be best to calm it down with sleep. If the condition worsens one might consult a doctor. Of course a doctor usually prescribes medicine which inflames the condition. This is because medicines help to invigorate conditions of strain. This makes a person feel more on edge.
