PT Barnum once said that there is 'one' born every minute. A fool, that is! Drugs often seem to intensify the fool quality and what was once a stupid decision is now an asinine decision.
Now if you are young and foolish, on methamphetamine, and a thief, you have a combination of decisions to consider. Such as do you steal about $1 worth of gummy bears from a dollar store? Will your motor scooter outrun a police cruiser? And more importantly, did you bring your meth lab with you???
On the good side, this stupid criminal won't be around for awhile!
