Cycle Connections - June 2007

Proposed 200 mile trip

I am proposing a very long bike tour up to northern Ohio. I was planning to take rest stops every 90 minutes of ride time with each break being 20 minutes. Is this ok? This trip would have to be made while there is at least 15 hours of daylight, since I will be shooting for an average speed of 12-15mph. Any advise would be welcome. So sign up and have your say
