"Probably not the best timing but...

I decided to switch dr's. I've been wanting to for some time now and
today when my dr called it just confirmed that decision. Not the best
timing but then again, I don't think him handeling something as bad
as this may be, is a good idea.
First he asked me, "So whats going on, why where you in the ER?" I
been keeping up with your case... Have you had the gastric bypass
yet?"
Um noooo because we have told him sooo many times that the gastric
dr NEEDS his letter of approval, not to mention my dr's office LOST
my May weigh in which means I have to start totally over with the
whole thing if I want to do it.
Last time I say this dr which i have been seeing for three years he
asked if I have ever had sergury and I said "Yes, for cerivical
cancer!" He turns arround and looks at me surprised saying "I didn't
know you had cancer!" Yes he did, we have brung this up many times.
he does not get to know his paitients, he does not keep good records.
i have been having stabbing pains in my kidneys for six months and he
doesn't even remimber that. He just put Kaitlyn in the hospital
recently and saw her every day but acted like she wasn't even someone
he knew, and didn't even say hi, how are you now. when he saw her. I
like a dr that cares about my family. atleast say Hi to them and not
act like they don't exist.
probably cancer and I just can't go into this with someone like that.
with UMPC you don't need a referal to see a specialist so we can do
this ourselve and take charge. i use to see the dr's at "MgGee Womens
Hospital" by Pitt. They are the ones that found these cist in the
first place. So we're calling them tomarow. Just hope they can get me
in fast.
The wait maybe just got longer!!! But thats better then dealing with
him.

i'm trying to keep my mind possative and just keep on living. Today was hard so I caved and took the kids and we bought a Wii, we have been playing it for hours and hours. we got the new spiderwick game, and some other games. It's a great way to pass my waiting.
