PREDICTIONS: NFL PLAYOFFS(SUPER BOWL)

Although the experts from ESPN.com are currently 9-3 in favor of the 49ers to win it all, I would have to disagree. I understand why everyone is so high on the 49ers but I am still befuddled that the Ravens are once again being overlooked. In terms of experience, the Ravens have a clear edge as their QB Joe Flacco has won a playoff every year of his career thus far. Kaepernick on the other hand, has only been a starting QB for half a season. In addition Joe Flacco still has more dangerous receivers. Nothing against the 9ers but Boldin, Jones, and Torry Smith all have the potential to create a game changing play at any given moment. Sure Vernon Davis has the edge over Dennis Pita but the Ravens defense has been pretty good at limiting pass plays in the middle of the field. However, the biggest edge I believe the Ravens have over the 49ers is that they have been tested. Some would argue that the Broncos and Patriots were the best teams in the NFL this season. The 49ers, meanwhile, disposed of a beat up Packers team, and choke-prone Falcons team. The 9ers have yet to face a defense like the Ravens. Also, Joe Flacco has been on fire the entire playoffs. For these reasons, I would give the over edge to the Baltimore Ravens in the super bowl.
