Predictions from what it would be like from 100yrs ago

This is just amazing! So in 1911 an article was written using scientists to list the changes they thought would occur in the next 100yrs in the world - I would really like to see what current scientists would imagine!

Now most of them are accurate and have happened but some of them would have been ideal but we didn't head in that direction. US population would be from 350 - 500 MIL - close at just over 307MIL.
Not sure but while our alphabet would change and the language would become simpler this is occurring with texting and the stupid iGeneration so close yes.
No mozzies or flies - I bloody wish.
Ready cooked meals will be bought - hell yes - check
Liquid air refrigerators will keep great quantitates of food fresh for long intervals - accurate
Russian will be the second most spoken language - FAIL
Coal will not be used and will mostly be exhausted - close - but our fuels are running out yes
No street cars in our large cities - I wish
Photographs will be telegraphed over long distances - OMG - the internet would have melted their heads back then
It goes on and on and is an extremely interesting read - do it - you will be surprised.
My predictions for the next 100yrs:
China will rule the world after a HUGE World War where billions will be wiped out.
Phones will be inbuilt into people's ears.
We will be fatter.
I actually think we may step backwards once we expire a lot of resources but we will continue towards Moon and Mars living.
