Practice Pointer - The 4 SWs

During a recent coaching session, I was reminded of a comment made by Dr Gilles Lamarche at a previous Parker seminar in Australia.
My client was having difficulty dealing with perceived rejection from one of their patients. I shared the wisdom I received from Gilles, which was the 4 SWs.
Some Will, Some Won't, So What, Someone’s Waiting
Chiropractic is a numbers game, and there will always be a small percentage of people who don't get it. There is no point putting an enormous amount of energy into this small group.
You will never know for certain which new clients will be the ones who will get it when you first meet them. So, give the same loving and caring service with every new client. Do the same procedures with every new client. Have the mindset that this new client will be under Chiropractic care with you for life. If it doesn't work out, move on to the next one.
