Positivity

Taking a step is a dangerous
Venture. Who knows
What trap or uncertainty
Could trip you up.

That is why I stay still
Because I don’t know

But it is bound to be
What I thought it was.
What else could motivate
My thinking and my feeling.

What else I am to suppose,
Could do what it does?
Since no illusion
Can force the matter.

I am content in the thought of
Being content.
But despairing in the thought
Of being without.

Still I don’t know.

I am misguided by my
Inability to decided.

I think I am sure
But never can be.
