Pop! Song of the Week - Taylor Swift "Mine"

Taken from her forthcoming album Speak Now, Taylor Swift's new single "Mine" has not only stormed the airways and singles chart, but is on high rotation here at Pop! Is Not Dead.
Due to the song being leaked onto the internet, it was released on August 4, which was two weeks earlier than planned.
In an interview on website Ustream.tv, Taylor has said about the song: "It's a song that is about ... my tendency to run from love." She went on to say that every relationship she has been in "has ended in goodbye, has ended in breakups," and that "Mine" is "sort of about finding the exception to that."
And as Taylor's songs are always so descriptive and emotive, the video follows suite and has a sweet and fun storyline to it. It's basically what we've come to expect from Taylor Swift!!
