The Voices in my HeadPolitical Correctness: A Contagious Disease of Weakness

Government interference into our right to free speech has always been met with a fight. For some reason, somehow, we have allowed them to walk right up and slap duct tape across our mouths without so much as an argument...although we couldn't really, what with the duct tape across our mouths.
Current Political Correctness [PC] Rule Regarding WOMEN:
The government says we are too delicate to hear that we are pretty. We will just faint away on the spot, it demeans us, we will cry for days if you tell remind us that the hair we styled, the clothes that fit just right, the makeup, tan, hard body from several trips per week to the gym and other decorative measures we have taken..have worked. Government has made sure that we don't have to go through that by ensuring that no one can say those things and get away with it. We'll SUE...that's what we'll do. (I seem to be connecting with my Dr. Seuss voice tonight...) It seems to me, I don't know, as a woman, that is very demeaning of the government to mandate who can say what to us.
Alternate Solution:
I am a woman. If you pinch my ass, and I do not want you to pinch my ass, I will knock your head off and continue with my day. Likewise, if I pinch your ass and you don't want me to, knock my head off and continue with your day.
Current Political Correctness [PC] Rules Regarding MINORITY GROUPS:
1. We cannot label minority groups in categories of color, brown, yellow, red, etc However, it is alright to call caucasion any combination of the following: honkey, cracker, racist, redneck, backwoods, whitey, etc.
2. Whites cannot have their own anything that is reserved only for their race, college funds, clubs, colleges, etc. Minorities can.
3. Whites can be racist because they are the majority while minorites can't because they don't have the power to be.
Alternate Solution:
1. If you call me white, I will call you black/brown, etc. If you call me a derrogatory name, I will call you one.
2. State taxes and state universities shall now be completely segregated. It will no longer be necessary for any minority to co-mingle with whites while pursuing their education. Each university shall be funded accordingly by the division of tax dollars by race. Only those without criminal records, who are gainfully employed and current on all child support shall be admitted to either university.
3. Everyone can now be racist. Equality for all in the hating of all...it's about time.
Current Political Correctness [PC] Rules Regarding GAYS/LESBIANS:
1. Gays and lesbians must be accepted at all times. There is to be no mention of sexuality or derisive jokes pertaining to the lifestyle, unless by the gays and lesbians.
2. Homophobic people must agree that the homosexual lifestyle is acceptable...especially the lifestyle of hot lesbians. (Heterosexual men, in all fairness, are making great strides on this rule.)
3. Gays/lesbians shall have separate names to make it exceedingly difficult for those typing such posts as this one. (That's probably going to get removed anyways...)
Alternate Solutions:
1. Gays/lesbians are tired of references to their sexuality, their appearance and/or lifestyle. I think this rule should be left in place. The next time you see a man-hating lesbian with a mullet, wallet chain and a name like Gina..(Long i sound), leave him alone...HER...I meant HER alone.
2. This one is going well, let's leave it alone.
3. All Gays/lesbians shall now be called Gaybians or lesbays. It's only fair, I shouldn't be forced to type all those extra letters just because that's the way it is...(hell, it's worked for everyone else to have things revolve around the way they prefer our society to be...I am going to try it to.)
My point to all of this? Well, it's damn funny. Besides that, we are so afraid to speak our minds anymore for fear of being called racist or black power, in your face, etc. that we are becoming censored, even in thought. We are a resilient species. We evolve continuously to pave the way for the downtrodden. However, what we are doing with political correctness is messing with nature.
Charles Darwin believed in the survival of the fittest. Political correctness is ensuring that through governmental interference, the weakest among us, the crybabies who are so delicate that they cannot function in an opinionated and sometimes wrongly opinionated society, will survive and perpetuate the species. Political correctness is a dumbing down process and an assurance of a future society of people who are completely compliant to government...and government interference on their lives.

mmmm, if you only knew the thiings that lurk around in this mind of mine...Thank you for the compliment...I think. Was that a compliment? Jeffrey Dahmer was interesting, in that he kept body parts in his freezer but that's not necessarily a good thing, is it? I am afraid my delicate writer's ego requires cement compliments and as for the insults, let's keep those vague.

If there were no political correctness, they would invent something just for me, I am sure. Political correctness doesn't much govern my words or actions, so I suppose the new invention would also be in vain. As for what I would say, although I am assuming that was a rhetorical question, I will answer anyways...the truth, as always.

I think that all persons, either gainfully employed or rich beyond the need for employment, and who speak the native language fluently as a second language, should be allowed to enter another country, and even live there. However, I do not think that I should have to, for example, search a package, that I, an Amercan, have bought with American money that I have earned with my American job, for english labels. The fact that everything in my damn country is labeled for immigrants who buy the products with the tax money I have been penalized for because they do not work, and should not be here in the first place, irritates me a tad.
