DISASTER. (Shit!)

... Alright. It finally happened. And I found out because a $3 train ticket I tried to buy with my checking card was declined. What a lovely way to start the work day.

I have been wondering what was up with the $600 check I had sent to Iceland for tuition. It had been months now, and it had never posted. So, I began playing the dangerous game of spending into the $600, assuming that my luck would hold and the check would post when I wasn't between paydays

I just don't have it in me to try and "work" Orble to maximize revenues. It seems sleazy. You know who you are.

That said, I wonder if I continue my current momentum, if I'll see enough money to make a minimum credit card payment by September or so.

Oh, man. The bars? They boot you out around 7am. You are welcome to stay put on the dance floor with a beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other -- most people do.

I really enjoyed the ambiance of an all-night bar session in November; at that time, the sun rises at 10am, so even when you're crawling into bed at 8am, the sun is still set and therefore you are sort of psychologically spared the fey guilt of knowing you've stayed up 'til sunrise.

Sunrise? What sunrise?

In a few weeks I will find myself on the runtur (pub crawl), except it will be bright when I arrive at the pubs around 11pm, and it will be bright when I'm in the midst of a social high at 3am, and it will be bright when I stagger home at 7am. Crazy.

I wonder if that means it's safer for the girls to dress up suggestively during the summer, as there's no night time to veil the unsavory activities of those guys who can't land a girl on their own accord. The real beauty of that possibility is that the beautiful, fashionable, otherworldly Reykjavik vixens might all shuffle en masse into the pubs wearing increasingly jaw-dropping skirts and what not.

I think my pants are shrinking.

Sorry, it's 5:45am and I'm a loon. Loony. Something.
