*New York State licensed/Registered Nurse Practitioner
(Your specialty area of certification MUST be consistent with your practice)

*OR, New York State Licensed/Registered NP & NCCPA Certified OR eligible PA required

State: New York

Shift: Shifts may vary

Start Date: 12/19/2011

Hours Per Week: 36
