Ladies, have you ever been so upset at your boyfriend or husband that you wanted to cut off his penis?
If you did, would you think about it afterward?
That's pretty much the case in Turkey. A woman has to wait 18 months while courts wait to see if her lover's re-attached penis will "function."

Although I'm no lawyer, I watch a lot of "Law and Order" which leads me to ask, "What is functionality?"
Notice if you will, the article doesn't say anything about FULL functionality. To me, there is the legal loophole.
If the guy can urinate via his penis, it's all good!
Nowhere is ANYthing stated about sexual escapades!
Maybe that's a case for appellate court?
