CRAB FETTUCCINE

Ingredients

4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
2 Cloves minced Garlic
4 Tablespoons Flour
½ Cup White Wine
2 Cups Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1 Pound fresh Crab Meat
Salt & Pepper to taste
Fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
Cooked Fettuccine

Instructions

Melt Butter on low heat.

Add: Garlic, Flour, wine, and Milk. Mix well.

Cook on Medium Low heat, stirring until sauce begins to thicken.

Add: Mushrooms and Crab Meat. Remove from heat.

Pour Crab Meat and Sauce mixture over cooked fettuccine.

Salt and Pepper to taste. Top with Fresh grated Parmesan Cheese.
