Top 10 Signs of Pregnancy: #3

April 23rd 2011 02:23
We are moving on down our list of the Top 10 Signs of Pregnancy. Once we've made it to the end of our list, you should be able to accurately predict if you are actually pregnant or not.

Sign #3:

Fatigue

This is a symptom that I am all too familiar with. During my 4 pregnancies, I displayed extreme fatigue the entire 9mths of pregnancy. You are aware of the normal amount of energy you expend each day. Your body consistently runs on a physical and natural cycle. When you are pregnant, the fetus is aggressively growing, whereas, it derives its energy and needed nutrients from the mother's body. This is why its extremely important to take Pre-natal vitamins if you are or think you might be pregnant. The Pre-natal vitamins are not only for the health and well being of the unborn child but also the mother.

Are you are feeling un-normal spans of extreme exhaustion, fatigue and tiredness? Is it becoming even harder to wake up in the morning? Are you having difficulty completing normal everyday task without running out of breath? You could possibly be pregnant.

If you've previously checked Sign number's 1 and 2 off our list and now you're checking Sign number 3, continue to stay updated with the additional 7 Signs of Pregnancy to come.

Motherhood is a beautiful thing.

Top 10 Signs of Pregnancy: #2

April 21st 2011 15:11
We are now at our second ranked sign out of the top 10 signs of pregnancy. This next sign that we are about to discuss is a well known sign I believe. I bet you think you know what it is don't you? My grandma use to tell me, "if I dream about fish, someone in the family must be pregnant!" Of course there was and IS no medical research or documentation to support this theory. But believe me, when she dreamed about fish, someone WAS pregnant!

I don't fully understand it though.

Sign #2:

Frequent URINATION-
If you notice that you are no longer able to make it through the night, without opting for the ladies room, you might possibly be pregnant. Also, do you find yourself going to the restroom more than usual throughout the day? Do you have to make frequent stops while driving, before reaching your destination. You might have thought you may drunk more liquids than normal. This could well be correct. But if you've previously checked off sign number 1 and now number 2, pregnancy should be a consideration.

During conception, the fetus grows within the Embryonic sac, which in return puts pressure on your bladder. This pressure cause more frequent urination throughout the day and night. As your baby is growing, your entire body is experiencing profound biological changes. These changes often go unnoticed until later trimesters. But with appropriate knowledge and awareness of your body, you can know sooner than most, if you are pregnant.

It's been a couple of weeks sense you and your significant other has did the "you know what" and you can't seem to get this question out of your mind, "Am I pregnant?" You may or you may have not missed your "little monthly friend." But you still are not able to get this question out of your mind. For some of you, the possibility of being pregnant is a long awaited God-send, but for the rest of you, you're wishing that pregnancy is NOT the case! Whichever category you feel that you fit in, its good to know the symptoms of pregnancy and what to look for.

Prior to my conceiving our first son, I also was experiencing weird symptoms and asked myself, "Lord, am I pregnant?" You guessed right, I was hoping that I was at that time.

Sign #1: Sore Breast-
If you have been having the darnedest time fastening your bra's and bra straps and it feels like you're having to run a marathon just to complete this task, check "yes" on your list of "am I pregnant?"

We girls are aware that our boobs sometimes get a 'little tender' during that 'time of the month', but from the beginning of your first trimester until child birth, your breast will experience soreness, growth and may become swollen and much more.

These symptoms are minute and should not provide you any more than a trivial amount of discomfort. Besides, who wouldn't want to grow an additional cup size!
