Parent Arrested

A Florida male has been arrested for punishment. His 13 year old son was being locked in a bathroom in a cage. He was not often fed. He weight 18kg. He was very small. The parents - his father and a girlfriend - both said that they often did it in order to punish the boy. He had been trying to steal food and so he was punished.
